Real good stay in the excellent area. The whole place was fairly clean, I appreciated it, and had wonderful staff and location. There were very clean beds and an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk inside the room. Easy check in and late check out.

The hotel is budget in fact. The place is 3 km away from Hemel Hempstead downtown. We took a studio and it had an iron, an electronic key card and a multi-channel television. Absolutely loyal personnel. The venue exceeded high expectations, we would love to return.

Bed was comfortable, especially for adults. It's literally within walking distance to Frogmore Paper Mill. Close to a train station, we liked the location.
